I made a mistake...White Wednesday below.

I'm sorry to interrupt this WW. I have made a big mistake in adding someone's giveaway to my sidebar. I accidently typed in the wrong blog address in the link bar and it has gone to someone else's blog. Because Becky's blog is called ' behind blue eyes' I didn't see that on her actual blog address it is spelled 'bechind' with a 'c' before the h and so I typed it in wrong. It has gone to someone's blog behindblueeyes.blogspot.com which is not a good site.  I 'm sorry for this Becky. I hope that you will please forgive me for this mistake. I guess I should have read the site that it went to when I tested it last night.

My White Wednesday is posted below. Thank you all.

I'm sure Becky will forgive your mistake...easy to do.

Your little frayed rosettes with the buttons ...so cute.
I'm working on a purse and I think a couple of those would be perfect on there...
    thanks for the inspiration.

    always love visiting your place!

  2. Oh girl...I did that once when I first started blogging. I was trying to be nice and I linked up with a really NAUGHTY site. ;( You can imagine I was flipping out before I got it OFF!

    Thinking of you, but smiling!

  3. Don't be too hard on yourself, June. It's so easy to make a mistake on these especially when it's just one letter off. Go find that sweet little teacup, make yourself a nice cup of tea, sit down, sip it and remember that this, too, will pass. Hugs, Diane

  10. I'm afraid I don't know either of you too well as I'm new to blogging myself. I was redirected to the blog and read the entries even though I knew it had to be a mistake. It appears to just be a teen age girl who created the blog as a place to write her thoughts; it certainly wasn't offensive at all. The entire thing does seem like an unfortunate mistake based on the blog name. I hope everyone is able to smooth things out.

  12. Mistakes happen all the time. Its only human. Don't beat yourself up about it and try not to take harsh words said in the heat of the moment to heart.

You seem like a fabulous lady and your blog is beautiful.

  14. You know June, I know you would never do something like that on purpose...not in a million years. It was an accident and I'm sure Becky will forgive you.

You were kind enough to place her give away on your side bar and with all of the HUNDREDS of people that visit you every day, it would have been some great advertising for her blog (which I am sure that is what she wanted.)

However, you made an innocent typo and you have poured your heart out for her forgiveness in front of the whole world.

I'm sure if she was a sincere blogger like the rest of us, she would totally forgive you and laugh about this. If you'd have done it to me, I know I would forgive you and I'm sure I could speak for everyone who comes here to visit you...we know what's in your heart! Friends KNOW these things!!!!

To be honest, I really wish everyone would quit demanding people to post about their giveaways in order to have a chance to win. It's silly, but that's just me.

And by the way...they say there is no such thing as bad publicity, right???? ;)

I still love you June...that IS all that matters! tee hee!!!!

Shake it off, keep calm and carry on!!!!!

  15. Oh dear! I could tell you a plethora of funny stories about Googling "pony girl" (after I created my blog) I almost gave up my site name and started another one after hearing about how that term is often used, LOL! Silly innocent me, I had no idea!
    Happy week, June!!

  16. Hi June,
Thanks for visiting my courtyard. I love your "Whites"....you are another very talented lady! I'm meeting so many through blogging. Glad that you got your bathroom painting done. I have to get my hubby to climb inside of the shower/tub and paint the rest and I'll be done with our bathroom too.
Your mountains are gorgeous. You are very blessed to have such a view. I would imagine that you see lots of wildlife. We take a drive every day with our dogs in tow to try to spot deer by the golf course. We just love wildlife and the dogs know to watch for the animals...I honestly don't believe that they would ever hurt a wild animal. We had Thumper in the house for 5 years and they loved her.
Well, it's wonderful looking at your blog tonight. Very refreshing

  17. I ditto everything Jodie said! Love all your posts, your rosettes, your whites. Glad to know that all is well after your little tumble. I wish I could say that things are clean and fresh aruond here. An orange dust storm just rolled in. Yuck! Best wishes and don't worry about the mistake. It was a honest one and doesn't really have any significance in the grand scheme of life. Many blessing to you sweet June! :) Tammy

I'm glad to here that your kids are moving here. If they want me to tell them where not to move to let me know. It would be great to meet you. You could stay here with me. And yes we could go visit Brenda at Just A Bed of Roses. And also Aunt Elsie's Trinkets and Treasures.

    Love ya

  25. Sometimes you can have a real mess with computers, web adresses and so on. Our website adress was hacked for publicity. People who asked more information about our cooking workshops in Crete received lots of publicity for ... Viagra. Even we received this information via our e-mail adress. It was so frustrating, lots of angry people and a webmaster who told us that we couldn't do anything about it. We finally had to close down the site and the adress. Anyway, your header with the rusty angel is adorable! Nice weekend, @nne

  26. Oh June, We all know that you are a very sweet and kind person and would never do something like that on purpose! In addition it wouldn't make any sense to annoy your own visitors, so no one can seriously doubt your good intentions when you put the button on you sidebar!
    Big Hugs,
    Julia

  30. I wouldn't worry about it June. I make mistakes all the time. I seem to always be apologising !!
Just blame it on Blogger !! haha
I've had the most terrible time with it. I haven't been able to comment for a few days on lots of blogs and I hate it when that happens as I always think people will think that I don't care.
    Don't worry, June. XXXX
