One of my favorite sewing projects is making
lavender-filled hearts.
February is the perfect month to do it too.
(but then, I think anytime is the perfect time to sew)
favorite thing about the day.
Nothing's changed...I still love it.

I used to sew everyday when I was a young girl. When my first daughter was born, I stopped. I was always afraid she would get into the pins and hurt herself. I have sewn very little since.
I am fortunate that my dear sister has agreed to sew all my special projects.
