Farm Chick whites...

I'm late, I'm late for a very important date! Faded Charm's White Wednesday! It has taken me some time to get my feet back on the ground, since coming back from Farm Chicks. What an awesome show that was! And what an incredible time Lisa, Michelle, and I had. The drive took us 11 hours, but seemed like 5 or 6 on the way over. On the way home it seemed like 22.LOL! I was sooo tired, that it has taken me from Monday morning till now to get my timing back.

I took pictures on the way up and over to Spokane. The scenery was beautiful, but I will spare you those and just post some that I took at the show. They are not wonderful, but will give you an idea of some of the WHITE things that I saw. In my next post (who in the heck knows when that will be, as we are leaving in the morning to go to a family reunion) I will show you more of the show. It was so awesome!!! I cannot even tell you how great it was. I was totally overwhelmed and couldn't even take it all in. I see from viewing my pictures now, that I missed so much. Getting pictures was no easy task either. SOOO many people, SOOO much stuff, SOOO little time. I finally had to put the camera down and get to buying or it was all going to get away.

The picture below is of my sweet friends and traveling companions Lisa and Michelle. Thank you guys for putting up with me for 4 full (very full) days! I couldn't have asked for more in a couple of friends. Do you know how many potty stops are in an 11 hour drive? A LOT!!! Especially for a cocaholic like me!

Waiting in line

Okay, enough jabbering from me and on to the good stuff.....

Blue Canoe

Can you believe we still had room to go around again. Too bad I can't say that
about the money.

Can I take a minute and show you some white blooms in the garden from yesterday?
Lily of the Valley

my Snowdrift crabapple...

smells unbelieveable!!!

My Red Jade crabapple

this Red Jade is a weeping tree

By next WW I will have some lilacs to share. I wish I could send you all a huge bouquet!

I can't wait to get around to all of you and see your posts that I have missed.
It may take a few days, as we are going to be gone to the reunion until Sunday, but I will
be coming around soon. I miss so much here when I take time off.
Hugs to you all...June

Your garden is a feast to the eye and probably to the nose too. Too bad of the lilacs bouquet I would have loved it, I love love love the smell. Warm wishes from afar, hugs LiLi.

It would be so hard to go to Farm Chicks and not buy everything. I'm actually glad I'm too far away to go...I'm trying not to spend as a way of simplifying and returning to a more natural lifestyle(living with needs rather than wants)and being 'green'. Your blooms are so beautiful...I can never see too many pics of them! love you. ox

What a great trip you had. I think and 11 hour trip with the ladies would indeed require several potty stops.
I used to be able to drive for hours and hours but now have to stop about every 3 hours and at least stretch---or rigamortis sets in.
Love all the cool stuff.
have fun with the fam at the reunion
