Today I opted for beauty...

I went grocery shopping today and decided to feed my soul as well as my body. I saw these lovely spray roses and could not pass them by. I love these colors together. Only $8.00 for such beauty. Roses are full of so much grace. I love them fresh and I love them dried. I get a lot of mileage out of these blooms. They adorn my house in a vase for a few days and then they adorn the rooms in their dried state for several months. I love the quote 'I'd rather have roses on my table than diamonds on my neck.'

Oh yes, that´s a gorgeous bouquet of white and rose indeed! Not only those roses smell so well, but they look very ´chique´ too. Enjoy it!

Those roses really are beautiful, and you really captured that well on film! I love pink roses, they were what made up my wedding bouquet, and to this day my hubby gives me pink roses on our anniversary. Some times we just need to feed our souls and treat ourselves to something lovely. If it puts a smile on our face and a song in our heart, it was worth it!!

Good morning June, I stopped by to visit and thank you for leaving a comment on my blog. Reading your site and going back over old posts I find we have so much in common. Everything from gardening to music to a love of antiques to quarter horses. I used to raise and show AQHA. My last old gal died a few years ago and I don't think I'm going to get another altho it is so lonely without them.

I'm really glad to meet you. I'm enjoying your blog--very diverse and interesting. I think leaving comments is a great way to develop relationships with bloggers. Hope you agree.
